Mom and Dad's annual date

Steven and I didn't really date.  We pretty much just got married.  But perhaps if we were to pick a first "date," it would be the Mormon Tabernacle Choir Pioneer Day Celebration concert.  Our friend Amy works for Deseret Book and usually manages to score tickets to the concerts for us.  So, before we were married, she gave tickets to the show to Steven and said, "I like this girl.  Don't blow it."  Or something along those lines.  :)  We have been going to the show ever since.  (Apparently didn't take a picture in 2011, but I'm pretty sure we went).
We sure did look younger and more awake that first year though...
