Hooray! Miracles never cease! After renting out the townhouse for about a year, we were able to successfully sale it. We were going to list with a new realtor and when he came to look at it, he decided to buy it himself as a rental. We could not been more thrilled. (Or more worried that perhaps it wasn't really going to happen). After making sure all was well, we said one final good-bye to the house.
I'm not gonna lie, it was still a little hard. Afterall, this was the first home Steven owned. It was where we had our first kiss. We brought our babies home from the hospital to this house, and not a day goes by that we don't miss the ward and neighborhood. But alas, it was still so very wonderful to know that we no longer were in charge of two mortgages or dealings with the HOA. :)
