Sword fight!

One day right after Valentines', Steven decided to take the family to the park where he proposed to me.  (Awe!)  It was lovely and we had a nice little time there, even thought it was still a little chilly.  I think it was one of the first warm days.  And by warm, I mean about 45 degrees.  :)
Noah insists on taking this little plastic sword with him everywhere (sidenote: he tried to take it to church one day and we wouldn't let him take it inside, so we put it on the roof of the car and then forgot about it and drove off.  So his favorite toy is no longer.  Oops.).  Anyway, back to the park... Noah had his sword and some little boy who was about 4 years old, grabbed a stick and started sword fighting with Noah.  It was so cute to watch, because Noah wasn't quite sure what to do at first.  (We have taught him that he can't poke or swing his sword in people's faces.)  As soon as we gave him the go ahead, he played with that little boy for about an hour.  They ran around chasing bad guys with their swords, made a secret hideout up on the hill, and fought on their pirate ship (jungle gym).  It was seriously so fun to watch him play!  I was only slightly freaked out when Noah tried to climb these giant boulders to get to the top of the hill.  (some things a mom just shouldn't watch her 2 year old try to attempt)
Noah had such a great time and cried and cried when it was time for the other little boy to go home.
Roxi enjoyed the park from her carseat - it was a little cold to get her out.
